Dr. Robert Donahue, Ed.D, Executive Director and co-founder
Dr. Donahue holds a Doctorate in Education from University of Southern California (USC) and has over 35 years experience as an educator. He was named Administrator of the Year by the California Association for Gifted Education in 1988 and has served as principal at the elementary, middle and high school levels.
Dr. Donahue authored and received an Academic Volunteer and Mentor Service Grant from the Governorís Office of Education, as well as the Cesar Chavez Service Learning Grant from the Governorís Office of Service and Volunteerism. He also worked with LAUSD principals to qualify eligible students for free and reduced price meals, and to incorporate healthy, culturally appropriate foods in schools.

Carole Donahue, MA, Partnership Coordinator and co-founder
Mrs. Donahue has been teaching nutrition education to adults and children, both in schools and doctorsí offices, for more than two decades. She formerly ran family literacy, nutrition and mentoring programs in schools throughout L.A. Unified School District as Partnership Coordinator at LAUSD Beyond the Bell Branch.
Carole has 29 years experience as a teacher and program coordinator, and received a Masterís degree in Education from California State University Northridge (CSUN). In 1995, she founded the largest school-based mentoring program in California, earning her national recognition for her innovative program design.
Daniella Spadafora, BS, CHES, Program Coordinator
Daniella Spadafora has a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She works with the Program Manager to organize and implement SOSMentorís various programs and events. She also manages mentors, program documentation, and social media.
